Why FCA Outdoors?


-The crowd that can be reached. 

Incorporate “outdoor sports” to join school huddles or create one if none are present.

-Archery has the highest number of participants of any school sport in the nation. 4,800 students in Kentucky in 161 schools.

-Bass fishing is the fastest growing team sport in the nation. 1,500 students in Kentucky in 102 schools.

-Have a whole new world of donors and sponsors.

-Evangelism opportunity is amazing.

-Help local athletes compete at the college level.

-5 local schools participate in the KY HS Clay target league.

-Over 700 schools in Kentucky participate in the NASP archery program.


How is FCAO going to promote, minister, and serve coaches, athletes, and communities in the upcoming months 

-Attend fishing and archery tournaments. 

-Promote FCAO at outdoor shows and local, national competitions. 

-Create events focused around the outdoor sports.

-Create scholarships for local outdoor athletes 

-Partner with area outdoor stores and companies.

-Hold archery/shooting/outdoor skills camps.

-Attend and host wildgame dinners at local churches.

-Create local coaches breakfast/meetings for outdoor sports.
